The first module is ProActive Maintenance, which allows you to plan preventive and periodic actions for each machine, depending on your needs, you can plan, carry out and supervise any task (technical inspection, periodic inspection, maintenance, electrical tests, cleaning, lubrication, etc.).
Calendar
Scheduled activities can be viewed in various calendar views, e.g. monthly, yearly, weekly or daily. At any time, we can see the tasks scheduled for completion on a given day.
Action list
For each task, it is possible to define a unique list of activities, which can be in the form and functionality of a checklist. In this way, confirmation of the completion of each important maintenance can be ensured.
What's more, the system will record the person performing the action and the time at which the action was approved as performed. Only the level of detail of the activities depends on the system manager.

The second element - the IdealCMMS module is the ReActive Maintenance module.
It is a tool used to support the process of removing failures on machines.
Failure reports
The process of supervising and executing the repair is described in the Failure Description tab.
The system user enters a description of the failure, indicates the listed parts and specifies the root causes of the failure.
