The last few weeks have been another logistical success for us and proof that no challenge is too big for us!

We have completed a comprehensive relocation of a huge Engel injection molding machine from Poland to France.

Key Project Requirements and Challenges:

• Disassembly and Limited Space

We had to be creative right from the disassembly stage. Due to space limitations in the factory, precision and the use of a specialized gantry crane, which enabled the safe removal of the machine, proved to be crucial for the disassembly.

• Enormous Weight

The largest part of the machine weighed as much as 70 tons! This required top-class specialized transport security to ensure safe delivery to its destination in France.

• Precise Unloading

On site in France, we used two cranes working in sync to unload the machine.

The project took just two weeks and was efficiently completed by our team of eight.

We are currently continuing with the installation and commissioning of the injection molding machine at its new location.
